General Terms & Conditions

Revenue Disclaimer (A-1.0)

All Charges Once Paid Are Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

MuaalijOnline Basic Regular (MOL-BR) is not a Commission Based Commercial Entity and its sole profit depends on Monthly Subscription – a meagre amount of rupees 3,000 only that is next to none since this virtual healthcare platform has basically been established to help extend quality medical services particularly to the underprivileged areas of the region and beyond. Therefore no matter how much a Provider earns a month while using the hard-earned and expansive resources of MOL-BR, it will only charge rupees 3,000 twelve times a year and nothing more. Nonetheless, to promote the shared services of the Platform and Providers MOL-BR is bound to spend a reasonable percentage of amount to be received collectively out of the total subscription charges (rent) a month for the targeted promotional campaigns to help generate a steady flow of the end-users both for its associated Providers and its skeleton team. Based on the previously tested database and educated guesstimates & calculations collected through the marketing insights and promotional approach of the ComZone International with its 15 years of experience in the open market it may be approximated that a Provider may generate good income that may reach up to six figures a month. However given the unbeknownst (to MOL-BR) and unexpected changes in future scenario these calculations are not hundred per cent predictable in a tangible manner. Thus by signing into our portal a provider will be deemed that he/she has read, understood and acknowledged conditions mentioned herein (A-1.0) and if otherwise or in case of dispute – if any – MOL-BR will not be deemed liable and all parties involved in the business will do their best to indemnify the same.
